GETTING STARTED
Creating an assembly begins with you, one person taking the initiative to get things going by finding one other person and then another and another until you have four people willing to hold or temporarily hold the following short-term positions; Foreman, Secretary and Treasurer.
This is government by consent which is what our founding fathers used in the colonies as they fought the Revolutionary war and established the United States of America.
You have chosen to be here to be a beacon of light for your community as we must maintain our Government by Consent. Our Equity Law Republic has been usurped and with your help our country will take back control of our education, judicial system and bring back common sense.
The truth is "We the People" are the Republic.

The purpose of the first meeting is to first vote upon a recordkeeper so that person can start taking minutes. This is followed up by a vote for the foreman than the bailiff.
Go over the documents that will be provided and have every patriot there review them then provide input at the next meeting. These documents are editable and are meant to be a guide to suit your county’s specific needs.

The next meetings will build lifetime bonds of friendship; thank you for stepping up and again for taking the first step.
Mission Statement
We The People, are dedicated to saving succeeding generations from Tyranny. We will endeavor to uphold the Almighty Creator-given unalienable human rights, dignity and worth of mankind; we establish justice and promote the general welfare of all mankind to effect safety and happiness in order to let freedom ring, and towards these ends we continue to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another. To build the General assemblies, and establish Self-Governance, Lawful Grand Juries, Committee of Safety, Community Services on a local level and reestablish the Body Politic back where it belongs; with We the People at the county level.
Documents for Settling Your County
These documents are a guide for all 67 counties in Florida. Every county has the ability to amend these documents as their County sees fit; as long as nothing is changed to be repugnant to the Constitution. That includes the Constitution for the United States of America and the Constitution for Florida.
The bylaw pages are nowhere complete and need to be worked upon in assembly for specific county needs. Roberts rule of order is a guide that is currently being used in Bay county but feel free to investigate the groups mentioned below. There are multiple assembly groups including National Liberty Alliance, David Roberts, Pennsylvania Pioneers, and Michigan State assembly along with others. Feel free to look at all the groups and make it your own so that this Republic can be re-inhabited.
