Florida Free State is a sovereign expression of America’s lawful Restoration—a living covenant between the people and their original Constitutional Republic. We stand not as a protest, but as a fulfillment of duty, memory, and divine order. The foundation of this Restored Republic traces back to James Timothy Turner; a man whose sacrifice and vision reignited the flame of self-governance across this land. At the request of military leaders who also encouraged Donald J. Trump to run for President, Turner accepted the sacred charge to reestablish the de jure We the People's Republic for the United States of America. His plan—rooted in common law, history, and providence—was presented to and accepted by national and international institutions. Over 132 major nations formally recognized this restored Republic as the lawful government of the United State.
​​ Today, the Florida Free State Republic carries forward that legacy with clarity and resolve. We are the builders of the renewed, reclaimed, and restored Republic laid out for us by our founders and Constitution, signed on July 4th, 1776.

This image to the left is the best tool possible to illustrate the rights and freedoms taken from us in the Act of 1871. Please take a few minutes to soak in the obvious differences between the absolute freedoms given to us at birth by God himself and what was illegally stolen from us in the dead of night by Ulysses S. Grant and a handful of his traitorous accomplices on Dec. 23, 1871.
The original organic Constitution of 1789 is no longer the in-force legal document that guaranteed our rights. The 2nd constitution of 1871 that was used to establish THE UNITED STATES, Inc. became the law of the land. What was once the United States of America is now THE UNITED STATES, Inc. and the latter is no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people.
The corporate constitution does not recognize the unalienable rights of sovereign man, but rather reduced our rights into privileges granted by the corporation called THE UNITED STATES, Inc. which has all the power, control, and benefits of complete ownership.

However, all is not lost. President Trump and many deeply loyal military alliances and committed patriots, are in the process of reclaiming and restoring our Republic form of governance left to us by our founding fathers.
